Can I return my product?

  • Unfortunately, our artists are producing custom art for you and due to the nature of the products, we are not able to offer any refunds for a return.

What if I'm not happy with my product?

  • If you are unhappy with your final product, please reach out to our support team at - we take our customers very seriously and your satisfaction is our main concern! We will do our best to accommodate you and make things right. We will handle each situation case-by-case.  

What if my product is damaged?

  • Uh oh! No worries - we gotcha covered! While it is very rare, sometimes art gets damaged while in transit. Simply get in touch with us at within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of.
    • NOTE: Please include the following in your email to help expedite the process: pictures of the damage (ideally, both the product and the packaging) & order number.

What if I received the wrong product?

  • How silly of us! First off, we are so sorry for the mix-up! Please pardon our mistake - simply send an email within 7 days to with your order number, and be sure to include any extra details so that we can help you out even faster!

What if my package has been lost?

  • All claims for lost orders must be submitted to within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If the claim is submitted later than that, we wouldn't be able to offer a reshipment.

What if I'm missing part of my order?

  • No sweat, just email us at and our team of service all-stars will get you the help you need.

What if I changed my mind and no longer want the order?

  • In order to get the artwork to you as fast as we can, our team of artists start working on your order almost immediately - with that being said, send an email our way at and we will what we can do. However, this will be entirely at our discretion, so please choose your cart wisely! Keep in mind after 12 hours have passed, it will not be possible for us to cancel your order.
